We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. The server that host our store Wix payments and (STRIPE), encrypts the transmission of all credit cards and personal customer information using the internet-standard SSL (Secure Secret Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that can not be read as they travel to us over the internet. Once we receive the encrypted information we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.
You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.
We accept four (4) types of major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) in addition to Paypal.

We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe. The site process transactions using STRIPE secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. STRIPE includes an SSL certificate for secure payments.
Please send us an e-mail at support@sweetcosyhome.com with your changes at least 24 hours before you move. In your correspondence, include your old address, new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding suspending delivery of your orders.
Yes we do, you are allowed to return any defected or wrong shipped items within 14 days after delivery.
NOTE: If you want to return the product because of a change of mind or because you chose the wrong size/product, you will need to arrange a return shipment yourself and carry the costs for it.
If you want to return the product due to our mistake in the wrong size/color product or because the product was faulty or damaged, we will carry the costs of the return shipment. Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund the cost of the item.
Cancellation order must be sent within 24 hours of the order request to be effective by sending an e-mail at support@sweetcosyhome.com
The refund will be deposited on your credit card or paypal account.
NOTE: If the cancellation order request is made after 24 hours, you will be held responsible for payment of all shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes. No returns, exchanges and refunds will be accepted.
