First, you should contact your neighbors as sometimes a package is received by a neighbor when the recipient is not at home. In case you haven't received the parcel, we'll contact the courirer to investigate the case further.

Yes we do, you are allowed to return any defected or wrong shipped items within 14 days after delivery. NOTE: If you want to return the product because of a change of mind or because you chose the wrong size/product, you will need to arrange a return shipment yourself and carry the costs for it. If you want to return the product due to our mistake in the wrong size/color product or because the product was faulty or damaged, we will carry the costs of the return shipment. Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund the cost of the item.

NOTE: If the cancellation order request is made after 24 hours, you will be held responsible for payment of all shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes.
